Theresa May Gallant
1939-2021
The death occurred peacefully with family by her side at the
Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 of Theresa May
Gallant of Charlottetown and formerly of North Rustico age 82
years.
Theresa was the beloved Mom of Dan Doiron (Debbie) and loving
Grandma of Sarah Geurts (Derrick) and Adam Doiron (Mallory). She is
also survived by her brothers Paul Gallant, Gary (Stella) Gallant,
David (Marsha) Gallant , special nieces, Rhonda Gallant, Tanya Vaive,
friend Helen Friesen, as well as many nieces, nephews and
cousins.
Theresa is predeceased by her parents Andy and Florence
(Pineau) Gallant, her precious sons Ronnie and Terry Doiron, brothers
and sisters, Arnold “Huck” Gallant, Audrey (Des) Corrigan,
Velda Gallant (Eric Pineau), John “Teddy” Gallant, Lorraine
(Leo) Rooney, Joyce “Judy” Gallant, Robert Kenneth
“Miller” Gallant , nephews Kevin Gallant and David Junior
Gallant.
Theresa’s family would like to extend their thanks
to the staff of Unit 2 of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for the
excellent care given to Theresa.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral
Home. Due to current restrictions a funeral mass (by invitation only)
will be held at Stella Maris Church, North Rustico on Tuesday June 8th
with interment in Stella Maris Parish Cemetery.
