“Ted”‘s Obituary
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Hubert Theodore “Ted” Bungay on Thursday, April 15th 2021.
Ted passed away at home in St. Catherines, Ontario surrounded by his family.
Loving husband of 60 years to Violet Bungay. Loving father to Cheryl Bungay-Olsen and Julie Bungay.
Father-in-law to Glenn Olsen. Loving grandfather of Melissa Pear, John Pear, Mathew Olsen and Heather Olsen. Great-grandfather to Dawson, Alex, and Ashlyn. Loving brother to Flo Gibbons, Dolly Brown, Gerald Bungay, Gene Bungay and Rick Bungay.
Brother-in-law to Jake Gibbons, Hazel Bungay, Emma Bungay and Phyllis Bungay. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Ted is predeceased by his parents Alpheaus and Martha(Brown) Bungay; his brother Owen Bungay and brother-in-law Whyte Brown.
He will be deeply missed by us all. Special thanks to the visiting nurse Tina, the P.S.W.’s, night nurse Angelina and Dr. J. Child.
Cremation has taken place with inurnment at St, Alban’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Trinity, NL to be held at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy donations in Ted’s memory may be made to St. Alban’s Anglican Church, Trinity, B. Bay, NL.
