Scott O’Brien
1990-2021
It is with extreme sadness that the family of Scott Roger Patrick O’Brien announces his passing on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at the age of 30. Pre-deceased by his grandpa Roger, Scott leaves behind his spouse, Nathalie, his precious son, Luca and his lovely step daughters, Mia and Lenna, who he adored. Scott will be forever remembered and loved by his grandmother Marie, his great auntie Rachelle, adopted aunties Violet and Wendy and by his parents, Patrick and Kate, as well as his brother Michael and his sisters, Crystal and Emily. He was also a proud uncle to his nieces and nephews.
He was very well-loved by those who were lucky enough to have known him, always willing to lend a hand, and expecting nothing in return. He had a warmth and gentleness about him that seemed to draw people in. What you saw was what you got with Scott, a fun-loving guy who could make you laugh simply by being himself. Scott will be sorely missed his friends locally and those he made around world. If you met him, you liked him, but If you knew him, you loved him. You just couldn’t help it!
Scott had so many passions. Landscaping was the biggest. He loved to get his hands in the dirt. He loved nature and the forest. If you would like to plant a tree in his memory, please do so.
Due to Covid restrictions a private family service was held in Ottawa. A memorial and burial will be announced at a later date.
