Rose Katherine Staldeker December 20th 2021

STALDEKER, Rose Katherine
1937 – 2021
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Rose Staldeker, 84, at The Red Deer Regional Hospital surrounded by her family on Monday, December 20, 2021.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 64 years, Vic; 3 daughters, Cathy (Clay), Laurie (Steve) and Bonnie (Dan); 7 grandchildren, Dean, Stephanie, Eric, Kristin, Bryscn, Kasey and Kyle; 3 great grandchildren Jacob, Kinsley and Kayley; and special nephew, Kim. Mom was predeceased by her dad, Mike; mom, Olga and only sibling, Nick.
Mom was born in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine and immigrated with her family to Camrose, AB in 1949. She met dad at her future brother-in-law’s & sister-in-law’s wedding and married in 1957. They shortly then moved to Red Deer where they raised their family and retired.
Mom took great pride in keeping her home lovely and was always ready and willing to help her family. Her care for her loved ones was amazing. Our family gatherings will never be the same, but we will always remember all the love, support & strength she brought to our lives.
Mom was a longtime member of St. Mary’s Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking, bingo, crocheting but most of all spending time with her family.
Many thanks to Dr. Ligate for the care she gave mom throughout the years! A private family Graveside Service will take place at Alto Reste Cemetery. We hold you dear, mom. We love you and will miss you beyond measure!

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Rose Katherine Staldeker December 20th 2021..
