Smith; Ronald Robert
peacefully at home, Orillia, on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, in his 75th year. Ronald Smith, beloved husband of Molly (Mary Anne)(nee Ford). Loving father of Sheila Anne Smith of Aurora, Robert Bruce Smith (Monisha) of Guelph and Rebecca Lynne Smith (Duncan Campbell) of Thornhill. Loved grandfather of Caitlin Bunker, Mallory Tretter, Aidan & Dylan McDermott, Asha & Sarah Smith and great grandfather of Fiona Bunker. Ronald is survived by his brothers Gordon (Maarit) Smith of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory and Donald (Annie) Smith of Pender Island, B.C.. He will be sadly missed by his aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and their families. Cremation to take place. Due to COVID restrictions a Private Celebration of Ronald’s Life will take place at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St.,N., Orillia.     We are so sorry to hear of Ronnie’s passing. He was so well thought of by the whole family. Although we live close it took a trip to Vancouver Island for the four of us to make a point of getting together. I like to think that Uncle George would be waiting to welcome Ronnie with a drink in hand. Uncle George and Aunt Pat really enjoyed their visits with you when they were here from the island.
