Ricky Brian Davis – age 61 of Mascot passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. He was retired from the City of Knoxville. Ricky was an avid fisherman and an Honorary Judge of the Eagles Club Turkey Shoot. Preceded in death by parents, Sedric and Mildred Davis; mother-in-law, Linda Faye (Goober) Loveday and step-mother, Martha Loveday. Survived by wife of 18 years, Tina Davis; fur babies, Lilly, Lucy and Lucky; brothers, Kenneth “Pissrow” Davis and Charlie “Baldie” (Donna) Davis; sister, Deborah (Darrell) King; father-in-law, Bill R. Loveday; sisters-in-law, Brenda Davis, Lisa (Brad) Davis, and Becky (James) Miller; brother-in-law, Mike (Janie) Loveday, step-brothers, Brian Clinder and Mike Clinder; favorite uncle, Ken Davis; nieces and nephews, Christopher Davis, Cody Davis, Charles and Rhonda Davis, Makayla Davis, Chloe Davis, Dylan and Marissa Davis, Jaxson Davis and Zada Davis, Chad and Christy Nipper, Shawn Cameron, Denise Davis, T.J. and Rachel Johnson, Paisley Johnson and Emory Johnson, Brad (Sally) Huffaker, Amy and Kris Morris, Jada Morris, Bella Morris, Kingston Morris, Kohlstin Morris and Nikki Faulkner; a host of great nieces and nephews; lifelong friend and fishing partner, Brad Mills; special family friends, Shane, Wendy, Connor and Eli May; and lifelong friends, Will Cardwell, Charlie Bible, Tony Cardwell, Charles Davis, Bill Bailey, Keith Cardwell, Nick Beeler, Teddy Stout, Johnny Wayne Fouts, and Jamie Beeler. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Monday, August 2, 2021, at Bridges Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at Bridges Funeral Home on Tuesday for an 11:00 AM funeral service in the chapel with Pastor Clarence Gresham officiating followed by a procession to Clear Springs Cemetery for the interment.
