Priamo Marian Elizabeth nee Remark June 8th 2021

Priamo, Marian Elizabeth (née Remark)
June 8th, 2021
Surrounded by loving family, Marian left this world peacefully on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, in her 63rd year, to be embraced by her Lord, Jesus, and by His Blessed Mother, Mary. Her husband, Mark, the love of her life for almost 40 years, accompanied her with tender love throughout her illness. Together they raised a wonderful family: children, John and Mandy, David and Alyse, and Mary and Brandon Peneycad. Her grandchildren, Harrison and Lillianne, Julianna and Luke were Marian’s constant joy and delight.
Predeceased by her parents, Edward and Rita (Clifford) Remark. She is deeply missed by her siblings: Cliff and Louise, Rev. Bob, Gerry and Dee, Paul and Brenda, and Ilene; and many nieces and nephews.
Marian loved her profession as a nutrition assistant at LHSC and managed with enthusiasm in the salad bar at Remark Fresh Markets, where her relationships with staff and customers were vital and life-giving. Marian was a woman of deep and living faith, an active member of her parish, and a wonderful role model.
Marian’s departure leaves a hole in the lives of all who have been a part of her journey: family members, friends and co-workers, too many to name. We thank all who have made such a difference in her life. A special thanks goes out to her faith models and supports on the journey, including, Sr. Mary Diesbourg, C.S.J., Sr. Eileen Mary Walsh, R.P.B., and Sr. Mary Ellen Kenny, O.S.U. The family is ever grateful for the compassionate and excellent care offered by the health care professionals who have supported Marian over the past four and one-half years in confronting the devastating disease of cancer.
A private (invitation only) Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. George Roman Catholic Church, 1164 Commissioners Road West, London, Ontario, on Friday, June 11, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. The liturgy will be livestreamed and can be viewed using this link: Livestream for the Funeral Mass of Marian Priamo on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
