The family announces with great sorrow his passing in the loving arms of his wife on August 30, 2021 at the Timmins and District Hospital St- Mary’s Site at the age of 94 years. Beloved husband of Patricia Adamo (nee Gibbons). Loving father of late Lynn (Bud) Millions, Dan Adamo (Cathy Kelly), Judy Martel (George), Ken Adamo, Darlene Scardamaglia and Matthew (Tammy) Small. Cherished grandfather of Lorri Guillemette, Tammy (Denis) DeMarchi, Shannon Millions (Paul Meunier), Erin Millions (James Ambeau), Michael Scardamaglia, David Scradamaglia, Zackary Small, Daxton Small, Tanner Small, Kailey Small, Shawn (Chris) Martel, Krystal (Marc) Drouin, Lisa Kelly. Dear brother of Joanne Mondoux (late Barry) and late Donald Adamo, and brother-in-law to Jim Gibbons, Keith (Cathy) Gibbons, Fred (Jean) Gibbons and late Ken Gibbons. Also left to mourn are his 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Irene and Frank Adamo. Bill worked at the Dome Mines as a draftsman for many years. He played hockey for the Porcupine Porkies and he was an avid fan of the Toronto Maple leaf and Toronto Blue Jays. As per his request, cremation was held and a memorial service will take place at a later date. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
