Otis’ Obituary
MUISE, Otis Carl – Lake Doucette – age 81, formally of Pinkney’s Point, passed away peacefully on September 22nd, 2021, in Yarmouth Regional Hospital, with family by his side. Born June 14th, 1940 he was the son of the late Jules and Celeste (Surette) Muise. Otis worked as a fisherman throughout his life. He was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, farming and woodworking but what he enjoyed most was his tractor. Otis is survived by his children Leona (Blair) d’Entremont, Felton Muise and Peter (Pam) Muise; grandchildren Dale and Carlyn Muise; siblings Judy Saulnier, Brian Muise, Alfred Muise and Neil Muise. Otis is predeceased wife Ina; his grandson Joshua d’Entremont and a daughter in infancy Marie Muise. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Raphael Cemetery Fund, Pinkney’s Point. As per Otis’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. A private graveside service will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth, where you may leave messages of condolence for the family by visiting www.huskilson.net The family would like to thank all doctors, nurses and VON for the care they provided during Otis’s illness, especially the staff on 4 north.
