Notre-Dame-de-Kent, NB – Mathieu Cormier, 29, of Notre-Dame, passed away, on Monday, March 22nd, 2021.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of Charline Cormier and Marc Gautreau.
Mathieu enjoyed the great outdoors, but most of all spending time with his beloved daughter, Emma.
He will be sadly missed by his mother, Charline Cormier (Michel Babineau); his father, Marc Gautreau; his step-father, Christian Landry (Nicole); his precious daughter, Emma Roy-Cormier; his maternal grandparents: Alderice and Elida Cormier; his maternal great grandmother, Irene Goguen; the mother of his daughter, Solange Roy; his two best companions: Torque and Roxy; two special cousins: Tiffany and Romeo, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his brother, Jérémie in 2018 and his paternal grandparents: Robert and Lorraine Gautreau.
Public visitation (with a maximum of 60 people at a time) will be held from Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Friday, March 26th, 2021, from noon until 3 pm.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Notre-Dame du Mont-Carmel Church, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, on Friday, March 26th, 2021 at 4 pm, (with a maximum of 100 people inside the church).
It will be broadcast online at: www.facebook.com/PassageFH.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice or to the family would be appreciated.
