Nancy’s sense of style, grace and generosity were known and appreciated by everyone who knew and loved her. Known as “Fancy Nancy” by her young cousins she had a 42-year career in the Airline Industry and was employed with Air Canada at the time of her death where she was affectionately called “Nancy Speaking”, a testament to her consummate social skills and throwback to when she worked as a switchboard operator for EPA. Her passions were travel, fashion and textiles, a perfect day would be would be visiting the Batta Shoe Museum in Toronto, however she adored the simple pleasures of a drive to the South Shore and a picnic lunch just as much. Her favorite pastime in the city was a walk in the Public Gardens. Funeral service will take place on Thursday September 23, 2021 at 2:00pm at Barrett’s Chapel, 328 Hamilton Avenue.
