MOL Jan “John April 3 1938 — April 19 2021

MOL, Jan “John”
April 3, 1938 — April 19, 2021
John Mol (born Jan Mol) went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2021 at the Kelowna General Hospital, Kelowna, BC, at the age of 83.
John immigrated to Canada in 1961 from the Netherlands, and moved from Toronto to Vancouver in 1967. John and his wife Anneke became born-again believers in the First Baptist Church of Nelson and Burrard in Vancouver. After graduating from Northwest Baptist Seminary (Vancouver) John pastored several churches in BC: in Elkford, Logan Lake, Prince Rupert and Abbotsford. John loved helping people and bringing healing to broken hearts. He was a funny, happy and caring person, and he will be greatly missed by his wife Anneke (with whom he was married for almost 60 years) and several wonderful friends.
John is survived by his wife Anneke; sister Ina Mol; and nephews Mark Hennalla and Joost Hennalla.
Due to the current Covid restrictions, the family will have three Celebration of Life services for John when circumstances permit in Kelowna (Willow Park Church), Abbotsford and Veenendaal, the Netherlands. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Child of Mine, www.childofmine.ca/give, in support of their children’s homes in Northern India.
Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.springfieldfuneralhome.com.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of MOL Jan “John April 3 1938 — April 19 2021..
