It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Marion Philomena Cutler (nee Mercer) on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at her home, at the age of 66 years.
She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, daughter Cindy (Cory) Delaney, son Frederick (Stephanie) Cutler, Grandchildren James, Lochlan, and Baby Girl Cutler due to arrive in September.
She also leaves to mourn her sisters: Mary (Cecil) Ryan, Patricia Hoffman, Frances Mason, Elaine Mercer (Bob), Suzanne Hiltz, Kathleen (Keith) Hann, Theresa (Jim) McCarthy, Pam (Ronnie) Parsons. Brothers: Bob (Gertie) Mercer, Walter (Donna) Mercer, Charlie Mercer, and Ben Mercer. Sisters-in-law: Anita Hinks, Sharon (Merrill) Korstad. Brothers-in-law: David Cutler (Eileen), Kerry Cutler (Delina).
Marion was predeceased by her husband Thomas Cutler in 2018, parents James and Mary (May) Mercer, parents-in-law Fred and Lydia (nee Butt) Cutler, sister Elizabeth (Betty) Collier, infant sisters Shirley and Goldie Mercer. Brothers-in-law Gerry Hiltz, Lawrence Hoffman, Bill Mason, Clayton Hinks, Larry Wagner, and sisters-in-law Grace Wagner and Florence Cutler.
She leaves behind a large circle of nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. Due to Covid restrictions, a celebration of life will be held in August 2021 and details have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home in Stephenville Crossing, NL.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
