They then settled in King City where they raised their family. Marie worked at the medical clinic in King City for many years. Marie lived a long and fulfilling life. She enjoyed times at her cottage, and in later years, at her home in Bradenton, Florida as well as her condo in Richmond Hill. She worked hard; loved to read, sew, garden, play cards and travel. She was devoted to her family.
The family wish to extend gratitude to Mackenzie Health Long Term Care. The staff provided Marie with excellent care over the past five years. The Life that I Have, by Leo Marks
The life that I have
Is all that I have
And the life that I have
Is yours.
The love that I have
Of the life that I have
Is yours and yours and yours.
A sleep I shall have
A rest I shall have
Yet death will be but a pause
For the peace of my years
In the long green grass
Will be yours and yours and yours.
