Louise Badiou
(née Philippot)
Peacefully at the Notre Dame Foyer on Friday, October 30, 2020, Mrs. Louise Badiou of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba passed away at the age of 90 years.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her two sons Charles (Kathreen) and Roger (Simone); her grandchildren: Michelle, Patrick (Stacey), Carl (Morgan) and Marc (Cassidy) and great-grandchildren: Kyle, Dylan, Haylee, Brody and Ryan. Louise also leaves to mourn her sisters, Natalie Jacques and Adrienne Troisfontaine; sisters-in-law, Laurette Philippot, Yvonne Philippot and Cécile Philippot; special friends Rachelle and Gilbert Vigier; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Louise was predeceased by her husband Aimé Badiou, her great-grandson Braden Russell, her parents Alexis and Marie, her siblings: Angèle (André) Oliviero, Julien (Claire) Philippot, Charles (Lucienne) Philippot, Alexis (Josette) Philippot, Isabelle Philippot, Joseph Philippot, Henri Philippot and Raymond Philippot and in-laws, Arthur Jacques and José Troisfontaine.
A Private Graveside will be held in the Notre Dame Parish Cemetery on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 1 p.m. The service will be available to be viewed via Live Streaming.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9 or The Salvation Army 2 Overlea Blvd, Toronto ON, M4H 1P4.
