Obituary of Lise Roberts
ROBERTS, Lise “Sally” – Peacefully with her Vision family by her side, Sally Roberts died at Vision Nursing Home on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at the age of 78 yrs. Beloved wife of the late Wayne Roberts (2010). Loving mother of John & his wife Julie. Proud grandmother of Lance Rodey & his wife Lindsey. Dear sister of Clair, Diane, and Guy. Predeceased by her parents Margo & Joseph Langevin.
Sally worked for over 40 years at the Drawbridge Inn. She was loved by all whose lives she touched. Sally enjoyed gardening, crafts, and bingo. She was also a wonderful artist. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Vision Nursing Home, who treated Sally with love and respect.
Family and friends are invited to an open house to celebrate Sally’s life at John’s home, 2000 Wayne Avenue, Sarnia on Saturday August 14, 2021, from 1 – 5 p.m.
In keeping with Sally’s wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre Ltd., (519-344-3131). Sally loved all animals. To honour her, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Sarnia & District Humane Society, 131 Exmouth Street, Sarnia, N7TY 7W8.
