God called Lisa back home on March 24, 2021 at the age of 84. She will be forever missed by her loving husband Giuseppe. Cherished by her dear children Rose (Luciano) and Michael (Teresa). Proud nonna to Daniella (Robert), Stephanie (Matthew), Luca, Bianca and Olivia. Adored bisnonna to Alexander and Sophia. She is now reunited in Heaven with her parents Tomasso and Assunta Falconi; and sister Armena. Lisa will be held dear in the hearts of her relatives and many friends. Scheduled visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Visitation Centre (8003 Weston Rd. 905-850-9500) on Sunday March 28, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. The funeral mass will take place on Monday March 29, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., Vaughan, Ontario). A private family entombment to follow. If so desired, donations in Lisa’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
Now that York Region has moved to a “Red Zone”, public visitations will allow a maximum of 40-60 people in attendance per visitation room. All attendees must be scheduled by appointment only. Scheduling will be arranged through our website. Please click on the blue RSVP button below under “visitation details”. Guests wishing to attend the funeral mass will also need to be scheduled using the blue RSVP button, however, a password provided by the family will be required due to limited spacing available.
We kindly remind all guests who are coming to pay their respects, to always remember to practice physical distancing and to avoid all physical contact.
Please note that it is now mandatory by the Government of Ontario that all family and friends attending any type of funeral service, must be wearing a facial covering.
