Mr. Les Roe of Red Deer, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the age of 91 years. Les was born on September 7, 1930 at Lacombe, Alberta. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Brenda of 46 years. Les leaves to mourn his loss, his loving children, Richard, Kurt, Sherry, Gary (Kathy), Bruce (Jan), Mitchell, Travis (Angela); and his numerous grandchildren and great grand children. He will also be sadly missed by his sister, Marjorie. Les was predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters. Les was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He gave his children his wisdom, strength, courage and love. Les’s loving guidance and protection will always be treasured by his children and family. He was an amazing hard worker. Les will be very deeply and sadly missed but lovingly remembered and forever cherished in the hearts of his family and friends. Cremation was entrusted to Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Services. A private Service will be held at a later date. Memorial Donations in Les’s honor may be made directly to Central Alberta Cancer Centre, 3942 – 50 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta, T4N 6R2.
