Léontine Lirette, 86, of Villa Providence in
Shediac, passed away on Monday September 13, 2021. Born in
Dupuis Corner, she was the daughter of the late Philias and Martha
(Lirette) Lirette.
She will be missed by her four sisters: Albertine Beers
(Tim), Lucille Cormier (Paul), Murielle Lirette (Marc) and Florence
Lirette; three brothers: Roger (Rosemarie), Arsène and Yvon
(late Shirley), as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by three sisters: Maria, Rita and
Céleste; two brothers both named, Francis.
As per her wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral
service. Interment will be in St-Henri de Barachois cemetery in
Barachois. In memory of Léontine, a contribution to the
Villa Providence (activity department) would be appreciated. The
funeral arrangements are in the professional care of the Frenette
Funeral and Cremation Center, Shediac (532-3297).
