Obituary for Klara Spiegel
October 26, 1939 – November 27, 2021
We are heartbroken to announce the peaceful passing of Klara Spiegel.
Born in 1939 Germany, Klara moved to Canada with her husband and children after being inspired by the beauty of Queen Elizabeth Park. Her adventures moved her from the city to settle in the country for a time on a dairy farm where she could enjoy having animals. Klara had a big heart when it came to animals.
With her interest in travel, she later visited many places in her lifetime and made many friends along the way. Where ever Klara went she always loved the scenic views and flowers that nature had to offer. Her most favorite place of all was Hawaii.
When Klara could no longer travel, she spent many hours with walks in the park. There she enjoyed feeding the birds and spending time sitting on her favorite park bench overlooking the water.
In her last years Klara enjoyed going to the Adult Care Day Program. She loved the staff and became very good friends with some of the other clients.
Klara is survived by her 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
She will be missed.
