In Celebration of
Keith Henry LeBrun
September 21, 1934 –
August 29, 2021
On Sunday, August 29, 2021, in his 87th year after a long and active life.
Keith is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Margaret Lamb and their four daughters, Kim (John Field), Susan (Richard Bernier), Nancy (Jason Watmore) and Jane (David Poirier). He was the cherished Grandad of Emily, Sarah, Justin, Elsie, Brian, Lilianne and Great-Grandad of Isaac, Meredith, Adele, Ezra, Flora and Weston. He will be greatly missed by his lifetime best friend and brother Graham (Jackie MacLellan), and his nieces Tracy, Erin and Amber.
Born and raised in Montreal, Keith loved his summers in Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides where he became fully bilingual at a young age. Many years at the cottage were enjoyed with his family. Since his days at Montreal High School, Keith was a soul-brother to Ozzie Harding from Jamaica. Ozzie was devastated to learn of Keith’s passing.
Keith spent most of his working career at Blaiklock Inc. in Montreal as part-owner and finance executive and was well respected in the custom brokerage industry. For many years Keith was Secretary with St. Andrew’s Masonic Lodge. He volunteered with the Golden Leaves Seniors and with Greenfield Park United Church. Upon retiring Keith enjoyed time with his golf group, mall walking, and going to “Tims” with buddies. Keith was very personable and outgoing. All who knew him appreciated his intelligence, charm and sense of humour.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Centre Saint-Lambert (Rehabilitation Centre) for their kindness and wonderful care.
A celebration of life will take place on Friday, September 3 at Greenfield Park United Church at 3:00 p.m. Due to Covid restrictions, the in-person service for Keith will be by invitation only. For those not attending the service, you may join us by Zoom.
Donations can be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children (Montreal) as an expression of sympathy.

  1. My deepest sympathies to Margaret and Family for their loss. Keith was such a warm and kind man to me and my Mother Calliopi during the years she was attending the Golden Leaves. His smile and friendly words of encouragement are remembered fondly.
