BARTER, Joyce Ruth (neé Brash) –
Passed away peacefully at The Village of Taunton Mills Retirement Home on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband James Barter. Loving mother of Donna (Ron Willett), Heather (Jim Douglass) and Cynthia (Rob Edmonstone). Cherished Nana to Jeremy, Sarah (Nick Field) and James. Loving Great-Nanny to Brayden, Payton and Wesley, who were her pride and joy.
Joyces family would like to thank the staff at The Village of Taunton Mills Retirement Home (Egerton Neighbourhood) for their kind and compassionate care.
We sat beside your bedside,
our hearts were crushed and sore;
we did our best to the end,
‘til we could do no more.
In tears we watched you sinking,
we watched you fade away;
and though our hearts were breaking,
we knew you could not stay.
You left behind some aching hearts,
that loved you most sincere;
we never shall and never will
forget you Mother dear.
