McGahan, Jack “John” Wayne
On Saturday, June 18th, 2021 Jack “John” Wayne McGahan passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, in his 80th year. John and Christine McGahan (née Ritchie) shared a memorable 50 years together. Predeceased by his step- son Tracy Ritchie (1981). Survived by his sisters Annette (Jim) Gander, Jeannie (Art) Fenn and Doreen (Ernie) Fenn and brother-in-law Harvey (Kathleen) Ritchie. Loved by his nieces and nephews; Jim Gander, Arthur Fenn, Donald Fenn, Gordon Fenn, Garry Fenn, Lisa Fenn, Jim Edwards, and his special niece Danielle Ritchie (Donny Sousa). John is remembered by his great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family.
Predeceased by his sister Theresa Edwards and siblings-in-law Geraldine Stonebridge, Susan Stonebridge, Wayne Ritchie, Theresa Jordan, Tom Ritchie, Phillip Ritchie.
Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF WEST LORNE on Sunday, June 20th, 2021. Registration is required. Please sign up through the link here. A graveside service will be at a later date, at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
