The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the age of 83 years. Son of the late Albert and late Lorraine (née Latremouille) McBride. Loving father of Lena Harpur (Tom) and Carrie Digiglio. Dear brother of Thomas, Robin, Gerry, Mary Elizabeth and Mary Margaret. Predeceased by his sister Lorraine. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Darren, Brandy, Keara and Morgan. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. John was a longstanding active member of the Legion. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Lockerby Legion (Branch 564) can be made by cheque. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
