Jeannine Noella Hebert 1933 2021

Obituary of Jeannine Noella Hebert
Hebert, Jeannine Noela (nee Gagnon)
(December 11, 1933 – October 15, 2021)
It is with heavy hearts that the Hebert Family announces the passing of Jeannine (Jean) on October 15, 2021 at the age of 87.
Mom will be lovingly remembered by her Husband of 66 Years: Wilfrid (Bud) Hebert and her 5 Children: Gary Hebert (Darcy), Wendy Setchell (David), Ken Hebert (Barbara), Karen Dahlke (James) and Kimberly Cole (Jeffrey). In addition Mom had 11 Grandchildren, who adored her: Bridget, Drew, Sarah, Matthew, Katlyn, Kelly, Scott, Jason, Christopher, Cameron and Emily and 5 Great Grandchildren: Madison, Jacob, Jett, Cole and Georgia.
Mom was born in Ramore, Ontario to Estelle and Antonio Gagnon and had 3 Siblings: Donald Gagnon (Yvonne), Yollande (Yolly) Croghan (Ross) and Ginette Gagnon (predeceased). One of her favorite childhood pastimes was skating and Mom did so into her 60s.
Mom loved gardening, music/singing, sewing, clogging, badminton, outings and spending time with her family. She was creative and made beautiful Victorian Father Christmas figures that are treasured keepsakes to many. Mom always went that extra mile when celebrating our family occasions that will always bring such good memories. Mom took her last bicycle built for two ride at the age of 85, always adventurous and young at heart. She possessed that extraordinary “Joie de vivre” in everything she did.
Thank you to Dr. T. Rotondo for your care with Mom over many years and more recently, Thank you to Dr. N. Prins, Nurses and PSWs for caring for Mom during her time at the NBRHC. Special Thank you to Lori’s Independent Caregiving (Lori & Jean) for your support and compassion.
“We watched the sparkle in your eyes fade as Alzheimers took you away from us, but our hearts will hold your loving spirit forever”.
