Jeannine Desroches (née Johnson)
1935-2021
SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – Jeannine Desroches, 86,
of St. Louis passed away peacefully at La Villa Maria, St. Louis on
Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021. Born in St. Louis,
she was the daughter of the late Frank and Marguerite (Babineau)
Johnson. Jeannine was a very talented seamstress and was a parish at
the St.-Louis-des-Francais Roman Catholic Church.
Jeannine leaves to mourn her son, Denis Desroches (Teresa) of
St. Louis; her two sisters, Sr. Roberte Johnson and Sr. Estelle
Johnson, both of Montreal, QC; as well as many nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, Jeannine was predeceased by her husband,
Alphonse and her brother, Paul-Eric Johnson.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Memorial
Home, St. Louis on Friday from 7-9pm and Saturday from 9:00am until
departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on
Saturday, August 7th, 2021 at 11:00am,
St.-Louis-des-Francais Roman Catholic Church, St.
Louis.
