BICKFORD (Wilkinson), Thelma Jean
Jean Bickford died peacefully, after failing health, at her home in Trout Creek. She was 84 years old. Jean was predeceased by her husband John Bickford (1932-1989), her parents Trudie (McKee) and Harold Wilkinson and her siblings Dorothy, Grace, Ellen, Gladys, Aileen, Eva, Albert and Art. She is survived by her siblings Beverly Wilkinson of Sundridge, Alice Ferguson of Port Loring and Wes Wilkinson of Mansfield. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Jean was well known for her musical ability, playing guitar, piano, mandolin and fiddle. She and sisters Eva and Alice, played many events in the area as “The Wilkinsons”. Jean loved holidays and was known for her high-spirited Halloween celebrations and for her handmade Christmas stockings. A graveside service will be held Monday, July 26, 2021 at 2:00 pm. at Trout Creek Union Cemetery.
