Peacefully at the Arnprior District and Memorial Hospital on Thursday September 9, 2021 with her family by her side at the age of 80 years. Jacqueline Heath (nee Trebenskie) of Arnprior and formerly of Pembroke beloved wife of Douglas Heath. Loved mother of Richard Matheson, Ottawa, Gary Matheson (Jocelyn), NS and Kimberly Matheson, Thunder Bay and step-mother Barbara Sommers (Bob), Calgary and Angela. Loving grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Frances, Catherine, Delores and Johnny and predeceased by sisters Beatrice, Florence, Margaret, Anna Mary and brothers Stanley, Alex, Tony, Patrick, Edward and Ambrose Trebenskie. Respecting Jacqueline’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Jacqueline with her family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday September 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday September 17TH at 10:30 a.m. in the Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke.
( Covid protocols must be observed and masks must be worn in the Church)
Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery. In memory of Jacqueline, donations to the OSPCA would be appreciated.
