HUMBY EDITH ALBERTHA 2021

July 7, 1944 – August 29, 2020
Edith was born in Roddickton to Edward and Flossie (nee: Pollard ) Blanchard on July 7, 1944. Edith married Harold Humby of St. Lunaire on Oct 13, 1960 and and made their home there. They were blessed with two children, Flossie and Wilbert. Edith passed peacefully into the presence of her heavenly father on August 29, 2020 at the John M. Grey Center in St. Anthony at the age of 76 years old, where she was reunited with her loving family members. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children; Flossie (Denley) Hedderson and Wilbert (Norma) Humby. Grandchildren, Robin (Susie), Rikki (Krista), Roger, Robert (Chanelle), Rhea, River, Cody (Holly), Nick, Zachary, and 13 great grandchildren. Sisters, Helen and Joyce (Val Carroll); brothers; Edward (Mary), William (May), Ricky (Bonnie). As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Edith was predeceased by her husband Harold Humby. Parents, Edward and Flossie, brothers and sister in-law, Ross and Barry (Katie). Parents in-law; Joseph and Jesse Humby, one sister in-law and five brothers in-law. Cremation was entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director. Visitation will be held at the Pentecostal Church in St. Lunaire – Griquet on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 12:30-1:30 pm (attendance via request or invitation only). The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday Sept. 18th, 2021 (attendance via Request or invitation only) with Pastor Bill Harnum Officiating, Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
