Henry’s Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the Cave family announces the passing of a dear father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather. Henry Clayton Cave born February 1st, 1938 passed peacefully on October 21st, 2021 at Western Regional Memorial Hospital with his family by his side at the age of 83 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children; Jeremy (Kayla), Clayton (Deb), Phyllis, Joyce and Shawn (Cynthia). His grandchildren; Nena, Jeffery, Christopher, Stephanie, William (Rachel) and Anna-Jeanne, his great-grandchildren; Amber, Luke, Nikita, Brooklyn, Gavin, Maleah, Otto, Madison and Anjelika. As well as his niece Tanya, sisters; Effie, Grace, Faith, Emma and brother Melvin as well as many more family and friends.
Henry was predeceased by his loving wife Jessie, and his daughter Rosalind, his brothers; John, Edward and Seymour, and his parents Edward and Olive Cave.
The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, on Sunday, October 24th, 2021 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, and the Funeral service will take place on Monday, October 25th , 2021, at 2:00pm, at the Anglican Church in Hampden, NL, with Rev Charlene Laing officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the Community Cemetery in Hampden, NL, Please keep in mind the Covid – 19 Government Regulations during the visitations and the Funeral service, you must be doubled vaccinated to attend visitation and the Funeral service, under Government regulations. Please have your vaccine passport with you.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Parsons Funeral Home 63 North Main St., Deer Lake NL.
