C’est avec beaucoup de peine que la famille d’Hélène Sabbag-Michaux (z’l) annonce son décès paisible, entourée de sa famille, le jeudi 9 septembre 2021. Épouse adorée de feu Guy Michaux (z’’l), fille ainée de feu Lediscia (z’’l) et feu Jacob Sabbag (z’’l), chère sœur et belle-sœur d’Angèle et feu Maurice Medina (z’’l), feu Armand (z’’l) et Rose, Ralph et Brigitte, Jacques et Denise, et Michel et Lena Sabbag. Hélène manquera énormément à ses nombreux neveux et nièces ainsi que leurs enfants, ses cousins et cousines et tous ses chers amis. Toujours très élégante, souriante, gentille et digne, Hélène se souciait des besoins et des vœux de tous ceux qui l’entouraient. Nous tenons à remercier tout le personnel médical du Mont Sinaï ainsi que les membres des services communautaires impliqués qui nous ont aidé dans ces moments difficiles.
It is with much sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Hélène Sabbag-Michaux (z’l), surrounded by her family, on Thursday, September 9, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Guy Michaux (z”l ), eldest daughter of the late Lediscia (z”l) and the late Jacob Sabbag (z”l), dear sister and sister-in-law of Angèle and the late Maurice Medina (z”l), the late Armand (z”l) and Rose, Ralph and Brigitte, Jacques and Denise, and Michel and Lena Sabbag. Hélène will be deeply missed by her nephews and nieces and their children, her cousins, and her dear friends. Always elegant, smiling and kind, Hélène was always very much concerned with the wants and needs of those around her. We wish to thank all the medical staff of Mount Sinai Hospital as well as the members of the community services that assisted the family in these difficult times.
