À son chalet situé à Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac QC, le 11 décembre 2020, à l’âge de 76 ans, est décédé M. Guy Albert, domicilié à Edmundston, époux de Mme Betty Martin, fils de feu M. Léonide Albert et de feu Mme Marjorie Martin.
Outre son épouse, il laisse dans la peine mais également avec de merveilleux souvenirs, ses enfants : Tim Albert (Marie-Pierre Johnson) de Charlesbourg QC, Kevin Albert de Gatineau QC, Marjorie Martin (Joey) de St-Bruno QC, ses petits-enfants : Nicolas, Julianne, Maxime, Amélie, Dominik, Alison et Olivia, sa sœur JoAnne Bourgoin (feu Philip) de East-Rochester ainsi que ses frères : Don Albert (Fernande) d’Edmundston et Martin Albert (Laurette) d’Edmundston. Il repose maintenant auprès de ses parents et de son beau-frère Philip.
Ses funérailles auront lieu en la Cathédrale de l’Immaculée-Conception à une date ultérieure.
Guy a été optométriste à Edmundston pendant de nombreuses années. Il était membre de la chorale Saint Mary’s et de la chorale de la Cathédrale Immaculée-Conception.

Guy Albert, of Edmundston N.B., passed away at the age of 76 years at his cottage in Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac QC, on December 11, 2020. He was the husband of Betty Albert, born Martin and son of the late Léonide Albert and the late Marjorie Martin, born Martin.
Along with his wife, Guy his survived by his three children: Tim Albert (Marie-Pierre Johnson) of Charlesbourg QC, Kevin Albert of Gatineau QC, Marjorie Martin (Joey Martin) of St-Bruno QC, and seven grandchildren: Nicolas, Julianne, Maxime, Amélie, Dominik, Alison and Olivia, his sister JoAnne Bourgoin (late Philip) of East-Rochester N.Y. and his brothers: Don Albert (Fernande)of Edmundston and Martin Albert (Laurette) of Edmundston N.B. His funeral will be held in the Immaculate-Conception Cathedral at a date to be determined. Prior to retirement, Guy was an optometrist in Edmundston N.B. He was also member of the Saint Mary’s choir and Immaculate-Conception family choir.
