Germaine Marie (Savidan) Georget passed away peacefully on September 16, 2021 at the royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, at the age of 104 years. Germaine (Mémé) was born on August 16, 1917 in St. Isidore de Bellevue, SK. She will be lovingly remembered by her 5 children: Doris (Raymond) Nallou, Estelle Boutin, Michel (Louise), Hubert (Sally) and Guy; her daughter-in-law Dianne Georget; 23 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Germaine was predeceased by her parents Yves Marie and Josephine (Toullelan) Savidan, her husband Julien, her sons Claude and Gerald, her grandsons Robert Georget and Brian Nallou, her great granddaughter Deshae Gaudet and her son-in-law Leonard Boutin. A private Mass of Christian Burial was held at the St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in Domremy on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Millan Sajonas as celebrant. Interment of the Urn followed at the Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Germaine may be directed to the St. Joan of Arc Parish. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Marc Blondeau of Kushneryk Funeral Service, Wakaw, SK, 306-233-4403.
