REFOIR, Gerald – Gerald had a peaceful passing at University Hospital on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Gerald’s faith has always been important to him and has been a source of comfort and strength. His devoted belief in God has brought him peace throughout his life. Gerald would like to thank his doctors, nurses and the staff who took such good care of him on MV 2, Mount Hope, for their compassion, patience and excellent care. The funeral service will be conducted at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond on Wednesday, December 15 at 11 am, with visitation preceding from 10 – 11 am. Masks, proof of full vaccination status, along with government issued ID are required for those 12 years of age and older in order to attend the funeral home visitation and service. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
