Szabo, Georgina Maria
Peacefully at her home on Thursday, June 10, 2021 in her 84th year, Georgina Szabo, beloved wife of the late Andrew Szabo (1990); dear mother of Anne of Brantford, Elizabeth Santo of Waterford, Linda Carter and her husband Daniel of Hamilton, Andrew John and Lynne of Brantford; much loved grandmother of Jason, Stephanie, Mathew and Andrew ; dear sister of Bela and Teri Varhegyi and Irene Armano, both of Montreal, Charles and Debbie Biller of California; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Bela and Georgina Varhegyi. Georgina Szabo was an avid reader and quilter. She enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family. A private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place. If wished, memorial donations to Stedman Community Hospice – Hankinson House gratefully appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road North, Brantford.
