1950-2021
The death of Georgette Roseanne Langlais of Upper Kent occurred on
Thursday, February 4, 2021 at The Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth Andover,
NB. Georgette was born May 6, 1950 in St. Anne de Madawaska, NB she
was daughter of the late Maxime and Alida Gagnon. She was also
predeceased by her grand daughter, Willow Langlais; 4 brothers, Rene,
Robert, Bertrand and Mario Gagnon; 2 sisters, Jeannine Martin and
Lorraine Randall.
Georgette is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Hermel; 3
sons, Daniel Langlais (Tammy) of Florenceville-Bristol, NB, Marc
Langlais of Fort St. James, BC and Ricky Langlais (Sara) of Royalton,
NB; 5 grandchildren, Cora, Diane, Tabatha, Julien and Gabriel; 7 great
grandchildren, Angel, Trinty, Cyrus, Hunter, Kinely, Callynne and
Savanah; 4 sisters, Evelyn Thibodeau of Caribou, Maine, Eglantine
Randall of Fort Fairfield, Maine, Simone Black (Leonard) of Plaster
Rock, NB and Suzanne Theriault (Roger) of Drummond, NB; 2 brothers,
Theo Gagnon (Beatrice) of Sisson Ridge, NB and Romeo Gagnon of Plaster
Rock, NB as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Joseph’s Catholic
Church, Bath on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 11:00 am with interment at
St. Leo’s Catholic Cemetery, Fr. Anthony Ekpe as celebrant. For those
who wish donations made to St. Leo’s Catholic Cemetery or St. Joseph’s
CWL would be appreciated. L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors are
