The death of Garry Leigh Simpson of Amherst, NS occurred Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at his sons home.
Born in Amherst, NS he was the son of the late Raymond Simpson and Marion Smith.
Survived by his children, Denny, John, Matt, Christopher, Elizabeth, Lisa, Becky and Devin; step-mother, Nancy Simpson; siblings, Dale Payne (Cheryl), Dave Ferdinand (Cheryl), Donna Vail, Cindy Broome (Doug), Maggie Champion, Diane Bragg (Bruce), Esther Forsyth (Bob), Bonnie McPhee (Vernon) Wayne Simpson, Raymond Simpson (Lauren), Bob Simpson (Kim), Gloria Hogg (Bruce); several grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter, Lyla; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Garry was predeceased by sons, Adam and Daniel; brothers, Larry Simpson, Dean Ferdinand-Payne
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
