Eva Makowichuk
Mrs. Eva Makowichuk of Smoky Lake, AB formerly of Waskatenau, AB passed away on July 23, 2021 at the age of 90 years.
Eva will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Bill and Terry (Connie); grandchildren, Katilynn (Kody), Matthew (Jay-Lynn), Alyson, Jay and Troy; and great-grandchildren, Kim, Kianna and Charlie.
Eva is predeceased by her husband, James; and son, Mervin.
The family would like to express their greatest gratitude to the Bar-V-Nook assisted living staff and the Smoky Lake Health Care Centre staff.
A Funeral Rite will be held on August 4, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the St. Pokrova Orthodox Church, Edwand, AB. Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the AHS Smoky Lake Healthcare Centre Acute Care or the AHS Smoky Lake Healthcare Centre Long Term Care- Auxiliary.
