Ethel Mae Deveau 1930 2021

Ethel Mae (nee Hamilton) Deveau,
90, passed away at the Westford Nursing Home on Saturday, September 4,
2021. Born September 7, 1930 in Yarmouth, NS, Ethel was a
daughter of Ethel Crosby.
Ethel was an avid reader, knitter, and
made beautiful quilts. She enjoyed playing Bingo, especially
if she won.
Rest In Peace Nanny, we will miss
you.
Ethel will be sadly missed by her
daughter, Lois (Rob) Oulton, Baie Verte, NB; two sons, John Deveau,
Port Elgin, NB and William (Anne) Deveau, Kingston, NS; grandchildren,
Brody Oulton, Brooke Oulton, Christine Deveau and Angela
Deveau.
Besides her mother she was predeceased
by her husband, William “Bill” Deveau and her son
Kenny
Arrangements are under the care and
supervision of Jones Funeral Home, 70
Bridge Street, Sackville, NB (506-364-1300). Honouring the
wishes of the family, cremation has taken place. There will
be a graveside committal service at a later date in Yarmouth,
NS.
For those who wish to do so, donations
to the Alzheimer’s Society of your choice would be
appreciated.
