Thomson, Ella Mary
Ella passed away in Perth hospital on Sunday, July 25th, 2021 at the age of 98 years. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Agnes Alice (Newby) Montpool, husband Roderic Thomson, son Ian Thomson, daughters Deborah Villeneuve and Sandra Thomson. Ella is the loved mother of Judith (late Harold) Young and Keith (Lynn) Thomson. She is the cherished grandmother to Jamie (Gregory) Spencer, Daniel (Victoria) Thomson and step grandmother to Megan (Tyler) Besom, Kate (Tyler) Reitsma and Shannon (Reid) St. Jean. Ella is the great grandmother to Preston, Eden, Zoey, Heidi, Cali, Saoirse, Dafne, Tyler “T.J.” and Henry. She will be sadly missed by all her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Friday, July 30th, 2021 from 9:30 until 11:00 A.M. The service will follow in St. James Anglican Church, Perth at 11:30 A.M. The internment will be held at a later date in St. John the Divine Cemetery, Merivale Road, Ottawa
