Elizabeth “Betty” Schroeder
Betty Schroeder (nee Toews), age 82 years of Altona, formerly of New Hope and Halbstadt, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the Altona Memorial Health Centre.
She is survived by her husband Bill Schroeder, their children Diane (Steve) Giesbrecht, Lori (Garry) Klassen, and Julie (Dale) Braun, as well as by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 sister and 1 brother. She was predeceased by 2 brothers.
A public burial service will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Cemetery. A private memorial service will be held following the burial. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Wednesday, December 15 from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Donations in memory of Betty may be made to MCC.
A video of the service will be made available.
