My lovely and dear friend Elaine was one of the closest friends I ever had in Belleville and Trenton. She and I used to go for dinners, walks, and visit friends. It was so kind of her to have come to my mother’s funeral in November of 2019. That meant so much to me. She did what she could to help others. And now it’s time for the Lord to call her home. Some day. I’ll hopefully see her in a far away land somewhere just over the horizon in the not so distant future. Until that day comes, let’s just say that her legacy lingers on, as does life in general.
