Passed away peacefully on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the age of 75. Born in Toronto Ontario he was married for 30 years to Patricia Bowen, who passed away in 2007. He will be remembered as a loving father by his two children daughter Patricia Allerston and her husband Chris and son Jeff Bowen and his wife Sarah. Bruce was a grandfather of three; Alexander and Clare Bowen and Logan Allerston. He was a proud dog parent to Teddy. A friendly face to many, his light will be missed.
A tree will be planted in memory of Douglas in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
