Benedict, Donna Marie – Age 52, of Murchyville passed away July 25, 2021 in Musquodoboit Valley Memorial Hospital, with her husband by her side.
Born in Middle Musquodoboit, she was a daughter of Ronald and Leila (Cole) Killen.
Donna always put others ahead of herself. She prompted kindness and caring in others, inspiring many. For years she was involved in several community activities, particularly those which would benefit others. Two of which were 4H and creating Inspiring Hope, a cancer support group in the local area.
She will always leave her legacy of love and caring behind in her husband, Troy; children, Ashleigh (Daniel), Tyler, Brandon; brother, Carl (Colleen); sister, Cathy (Jeff); parents, Ronnie and Leila; brother-in-law, Rick; mother-in-law, Ferne; sisters-in-law, Jamie (Jake), Trina; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by father-in-law, Laurence and brother-in-law, Boyd.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
