Donald R. Dearing
February 5, 1931 ~ September 21, 2021
Donald is survived by wife Janice (Whitford) Dearing; by children, Roy (Linda) Dearing, Cheryl (Mark) Sorell, Candace (Davey) Wishart, Heather (Larry) Bearcloud; 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; and sister Leone (Morris) Sider.
Donald is predeceased by father William Dearing, mother Leila (Longmore) Dearing, sister Betty (Charlie) Elliot, brother Ted (Toots) Dearing, sister Irene (Henry) Mohr, brother Ken (Emily) Dearing.
Donald attended Two Rivers Bible College in 1947. He farmed in the RM of Paddockwood from 1965 to 2021.
Don is remembered for his love and dedication to his family and to his LORD. Don excelled at carpentry and mechanical innovation. He loved farming, music and serving the church. Kindness, a quick whit, sense of humor and trust in the goodness of God uplifted those around him.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We love you Don.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist, 1351 28 St E, Prince Albert, SK. Interment will be held at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306) 922-4729.
