Passed away, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday August 8, 2021, of Ayr, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband to Mary Lynn (nee Stumpf). Cherished father to John (Pat), Sherry Bryans (Mark), Tim (Linda Taylor) and Joe (Teresa). Much loved grandfather to Kylie and Carter, Turner and Dawson and William and Georgia and great-grandfather to Kaleb and Chelsea. Sadly missed by his extended family.
Predeceased by his parents, Robert George and Florence Mabel Elliott (nee Benedict), as well as a brother Robert and a sister, Joyce Curzon.
Donald Elliott will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was an avid rock and mineral enthusiast and collector, he maintained a successful sign painting business, and he spent much of his time surrounded by his family and friends.
He was always ready to help someone in need, even in his final days.
When you get down to the fine point, Don was a very special person, and loved by many.
He will be missed.
Cremation has taken place.
