MITCHELL, David Joseph
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, July 29, 2021 in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Loretta for 42 years. Cherished father of the late Angela, David, Victoria, Patrick (Ashton), and Jackie (Ryan). Proud grandfather of Natalie, Emma, Novelle, Alicia, Tyler, Sadie and Grace. Survived by sisters Cathy Biggs and Colleen Martin. Predeceased by parents Gerald and Doreen Mitchell, brothers Tommy, Don, Jerry, Wayne and Mike, sisters Donna Harden and Joyce Harvey. Dave will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitors are welcome to John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, on Monday, August 2, 2021 from 4 to 7 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 1 Fallons Lane, on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 10 o’clock. Inurnment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a limited number of people are able to attend each visitation period and the Funeral Mass.
