David George Letham, born in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1930. David, the former head of the Languages Department at Brockville Collegiate Institute where he taught French and Spanish, entered into rest peacefully at home in Lindsay, Ontario on Wednesday June 16, 2021 at the age of 91. David Letham was the loved husband of the late Christina Letham (2010). Proud father of Ron (Charlotte), Andy (Tammy) and Mary (Derrick) Camphorst. Cherished grandfather of Shane MacPherson, Andrea, Dustin, Stephanie, Erik and Lauren Letham and great grandfather of Christopher and Steven. David was the loving companion of Lynda Maxwell and will be fondly remembered by Lynda’s daughters Rhonda and Robin, and their children, Cameron, Callum and Sebastian. Following cremation, a private family graveside will be held at a later date.
