Obituary
On Tuesday, September 21, 2021 Curtis James Ray of Lac La Biche, Alberta passed away at the age of 41 years.
Curtis is survived by his loving sons: Connor & Carter Ray; mother of his children: Janelle Shipka; parents Eileen Ray & James Ray; brother Johnathan (Mandy); sisters: Shannon (Lynn), Colleen (Kurt), Kaitlin; nieces and nephews: Hunter (Goddaughter), Xander, Sylver, Nixon, Pyper, Henley, Rayn, Tucker, Kessy, Devon, Destiny,; grandfather: John Rittinger.
Curtis was predeceased by his grandmothers: Esther Rittinger & Hennriette Ray; grandfather: Arthur Ray.
Pallbearers: Xander Ray, Kurt Calliou, Mark Shipka, Brad Hutchinson, Travis L’Heureux, Dereck Robertson.
Honorary pallbearers: Johnathan Ray, Connor Ray, Carter Ray and all his nieces, nephews and friends.
A one night wake will be held at the Kikino hall starting at 4:00 PM on Sunday, September 26, 2021 in Kikino, Alberta.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 starting at 1:00 PM at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Lac La Biche, Alberta.
A livestream of the funeral service will be available on Mission View Funeral Chapel’s Facebook page starting at 1:00 PM on September 27, 2021.
Final resting place at Willow Park Cemetery, Lac La Biche, Alberta.
