Cliff’s Obituary
Clifford Atkinson, long time resident of Manning (AB), passed away in Manning on June 14, 2021 at the age of 73 years.
Cliff was born on July 20, 1947 in Manitu (MB) to parents, Harold and Margery Atkinson.
On June 19, 1971, Cliff married Norma and together they raised 2 children, Erin and Kelly.
Cliff was a long time member of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. He loved to cruise in his hot rods and classic cars, and watch the Blue Jays play but most of all he loved to watch his grandchildren play hockey (hockey poppa to all) and barrel race. He was their biggest fan at any event.
Cliff is predeceased by his parents. He leaves behind to mourn, his wife, Norma; daughter, Kelly (Aaron) Lorencz, their kids, Zach (Paige), Jarod (Tianna), Alexis; daughter, Erin (Darren), their children, Jenifer (Tyler) as well as his great grand children, Jackson, Jessie, Charlsie (Josh) and Dwight.
A Memorial Service is being planned for a later date.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Manning and Area Palliative Care Society as expressions of sympathy.
